Cancellation Policy
🌸 Bien Être Online Studio – One-Time Face Yoga Session Terms & Conditions 🗓️ Booking & Rescheduling Sessions must be booked at least 2 hours in advance of the scheduled start time. You may reschedule or request a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hours before the session. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable and the session will be considered completed. If you do not join the session within 15 minutes of the scheduled start time, it will be considered cancelled and non-refundable. 💳 Refund Policy Refunds are available only for: Cancellations made 24+ hours in advance (rescheduling also available) Medical issues with submission of a valid doctor’s certificate Sessions cancelled late, unattended, or abandoned after the 15-minute tolerance window are non-refundable and non-reschedulable. 🌬️ Practice with Respect Participants are expected to treat the instructor with kindness and respect. Any disrespectful or inappropriate behavior may result in immediate termination of the session without refund. Please wear comfortable, modest attire, and prepare a calm, private space with a mirror (if available) and some oil (almond, avocado, olive, serum…) to support your experience. 📡 Technical Issues & Instructor Absence If the session is interrupted due to internet connection issues or power outages, the remaining time will be rescheduled without penalty. If the instructor is unable to attend, a full refund or reschedule will be offered, based on your preference.
