🌸 Bien Être Online Studio – One-Time Reiki Usui Online Session Terms & Conditions 🗓️ Booking & Rescheduling Sessions must be booked at least 2 hours before the scheduled start time. You may reschedule or request a full refund if cancellation is made 24+ hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable and considered completed. If you do not join the session within 15 minutes of the scheduled start time, it will be considered cancelled and non-refundable. 💳 Refund Policy Refunds are available only for: Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the session Medical issues with submission of a valid doctor’s certificate Sessions missed, cancelled late, or abandoned after the 15-minute tolerance window are non-refundable and non-reschedulable. 🌬️ Session Flow & Respectful Space This session is a sanctuary—rooted in care, presence, and energetic integrity. Please wear comfortable attire and prepare a quiet, private space where you can lie down or sit peacefully. Soft music, dim lighting, or aromatherapy can enhance your experience but are optional. Disrespectful behavior may result in session termination without refund, as mutual respect is essential. 🐾 Session Options & Care for Animals Reiki can be shared with pets—please provide guidance on their comfort and space. For both humans and animals, the energy is sent remotely with full intention and care. 📡 Technical Interruptions & Instructor Absence If the session is interrupted due to internet or power issues, the remaining time will be rescheduled at no cost.
