This ancient vibration helps quiet mental chatter, so you can start your practice feeling connected and present. We continue with a gentle warm-up, inviting movement into the joints and muscles, awakening the body, and preparing you for deeper practice. Whether you are new to yoga or working with physical limitations, you’ll feel supported from the very beginning. Our warm-up sequences gently mobilize your spine, shoulders, and hips, improving circulation and reducing stiffness. As we flow into asanas—the postures—we honor your unique needs. In group yoga therapy, every pose can be adapted using props such as a chair, bolster, blocks, straps, and more. These essential aids make yoga accessible to everyone, allowing you to experience relief from pain, improve posture, and restore balance in a way that’s safe and comfortable. You’ll discover more flexibility, strength, and ease, even if you have chronic conditions or limited mobility. This personalized approach unlocks the true benefits of yoga therapy: stress relief, emotional balance, improved breathing, and enhanced mobility. Props provide gentle support and deeper relaxation, so you can let go of tension and explore movement without strain. Every posture becomes an opportunity for healing and self-discovery, within a caring group setting that encourages connection and community. As the session winds down, we transition into pranayama—guided breathing practices that calm the nervous system, increase lung capacity, and energize your whole being. Through simple breath techniques, you’ll experience tranquility and mental clarity. Finally, relaxation brings your journey full circle. Supported by props, gentle cues, and mindful silence, you’ll leave feeling peaceful, rejuvenated, and empowered. 🌸 Bien Être Online Studio – One-Time Face Yoga Session Terms & Conditions 🗓️ Booking & Rescheduling Sessions must be booked at least 2 hours in advance of the scheduled start time. You may reschedule or request a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hours before the session. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable and the session will be considered completed. 💳 Refund Policy Refunds are available only for: Cancellations made 24+ hours in advance (rescheduling also available) Medical issues with submission of a valid doctor’s certificate Sessions cancelled late or unattended are non-refundable and non-reschedulable. 🌬️ Practice with Respect Participants are expected to treat the instructor with kindness and respect. Any disrespectful or inappropriate behavior may result in immediate termination of the session without refund. Please wear comfortable, modest attire, and prepare a calm, private space with a mirror (if you have one) and some oil (almond, avocado, olive, serum…) to support your experience. 📡 Technical Issues & Instructor Absence If the session is interrupted due to internet connection issues or power outages, the remaining time will be rescheduled without penalty. If the instructor is unable to attend, a full refund or reschedule will be offered, based on your preference.
